The products on this site
We have established this Website because we want to provide a one stop website for customers to purchase products that we believe are unique, good quality and not found everywhere.
This Website includes products available for purchase from various suppliers (“Suppliers”). It is important that you understand that when you place an order for a product on this Website, you are placing any order with the Supplier of the product, and not us. We make the products available for purchase (including by taking orders and collecting payment) as the agent of the Supplier, and not on our own behalf.
Please read the terms and conditions on which Suppliers on this site make their products available for purchase (the “Supplier Terms”). Those Supplier Terms can be accessed through the appropriate link on this website. If a suppliers terms vary from the one listed on the Supplier terms, it will be stated as part of the suppliers product description. The Present Cupboard is not a party to, and has no obligations under, any contract that may arise for the purchase of any products (including any Supplier Terms). Rather, any such contract will only be between you and the relevant Supplier. These terms and conditions apply to the manner in which we make this Website available to you. Your rights in relation to the purchase of products, however, will be governed by the relevant Supplier Terms.
If you wish to return any products or have any complaints in relation a product you purchase through this Website, you should contact the relevant Supplier using the “contact the Supplier” section of this Website.
Product information and images on this website is provided by our Suppliers, including all of the information relating to the products that may be purchased from those Suppliers. While we believe that our Suppliers are reliable sources of this information, we cannot be responsible for such information.
Our customers
This Website is intended for use by customers in Australia. Orders for products will only be accepted by customers who provide a local billing address for their credit card in Australia. Depending on the shipping options available for particular products, however, customers in Australia may be able to request delivery of those products to overseas destinations as gifts. If contacted by an overseas customer, a quote may be given for postage. Providing the overseas customer provides a legal credit card or makes a direct deposit into The Present Cupboard’s bank account, products may be sent to customers overseas.
